For over 40 years, Karen worked as a nurse, primarily in community health. Her last role involved overseeing 350 health care professionals in 42 clinic locations, providing public health, home health, and primary health care programs. Karen brings these skills and valuable experiences to her role as a Next Level Centre Accreditation process facilitator. Karen has a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a Masters of Health Science Management.
