There are also downloadable resources and a suggested playlist for your reflection time. The course is self-paced and will be accessible for future reference.

Is the course for groups or individuals?

The course is designed for groups and includes individual workbooks and a facilitator guide with a suggested schedule and practical facilitation tips. However, we don’t want anyone to miss out because they don’t have a group. The course can also be completed individually using the reflection and application questions provided throughout the workbook.

Is the class taken in person or online?

The course is designed to be taken in person, as discussion and relationship-building are important parts of the learning experience. However, it can also be completed online if that works better for your group.

How long will the course take to complete?

The course is designed to be flexible and self-paced for both individuals and groups. It includes approximately 2.5 hours of video teaching, along with reflection activities, discussion questions, and practical application exercises. The facilitator guide suggests a 9-week schedule, but groups may choose to complete the course at a pace that best fits their schedule and needs.

How do participants get a workbook?

Each course purchase includes one workbook and one facilitator guide. If your group requires additional workbooks, they can be purchased for $45 each (shipping included). Digital versions are also provided for those who wish to print their own copies.

What does the cost cover? (Are there any additional expenses?)

The course fee includes access to all teaching videos, downloadable resources, one facilitator guide, and one workbook. Digital versions of the facilitator guide and workbook are included for those who prefer to print their own copies. There are no required additional expenses; however, additional printed workbooks may be purchased for $45 each (shipping included).
