Karen worked as a nurse for over 40 years, primarily in community health. Her last role involved overseeing 350 healthcare professionals in 42 clinic locations, providing public health, home health, and primary healthcare programs. Karen brings these skills and valuable experiences to her Next Level Centre Accreditation facilitator role. Karen has a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Health Science Management degree.
